Tuesday, December 26^th pick up will move to Wednesday the 27^th and Tuesday, January 2^nd pick up will move to Wednesday January 3^rd.

FYI

As expected, with all the rain, there are many areas of flooding throughout the Village and Route 20.

Public safety has been notified and Village DPW has placed caution barrels and are working to remove debris from roads caused by the flooding.

Please use extreme caution and be advised road closures could occur and be prepared to use alternate routes.

NOTICE OF ADOPTION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, the following Local Law was passed by the Village Board of Trustees of the Village of Nassau, New York on November 15, 2023, and filed with the Secretary of State November 22, 2023.

Local Law #1-2023

Providing real property tax exemptions to volunteer firefighters and ambulance workers pursuant to Article 466-a of the Real Property Tax Law.
