NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, the following Local Law was passed by the Village Board of Trustees of the Village of Nassau, New York on November 8, 2023 and filed with the Secretary of State November 22, 2023.

Local Law #2-2023

Providing for the administration and enforcement of the Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Codes and the State Energy Conservation Code in the Village of Nassau

Village of Nassau Holiday Happenings

Join your neighbors and kick off the Holiday Season on Sunday, December 3^rd.  Visit from Santa at the Fire House, Rt 203, from 2pm-4pm. Annual Tree lighting ceremony, music and bonfire at the Village Commons at 5pm and collection of new, unwrapped toys for the Nassau Resource Center.

All events are offered free of charge. Refreshments will be served.
