Tie-dyeing in Village of Nassau

Tie dye 2017

Tie-dyeing in the Village of Nassau

The Village of Nassau Youth Committee is pleased to announce the 5th annual tie-dyeing workshops at the Village Commons, John Street on Thursday, July 27 and Tuesday, August 1. Learn the art of tie-dyeing, listen to “groovy” music from the 1960’s, and enjoy home-made desserts. Open to children of all ages, these events will start promptly at 6pm—rain or shine–and last about an hour.

Participants need to bring one clean white or very light-colored T-shirt. Tie-dyeing can be messy so an apron to protect your clothes is recommended. In order to make certain that we have enough dye on hand, reservations are requested.  So choose the date you want to attend and give Judy a call at 518-522-2916 or email judyz_05262@yahoo.com. Please leave your name and the number of people who will attend.

There is no charge to come but we are asking everyone to bring a non-perishable food item (for people or pets) to donate to the Nassau Resource Center.
