NOTICE OF ADOPTION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, the following Local Law was passed by the Village Board of Trustees of the Village of Nassau, New York on April 8, 2020 and filed with the Secretary of State April 15, 2020.

Local Law #1-2020 – authorizing a property tax levy in excess of the limit established in General Municipal Law §3-c.

Copies of the complete laws are available at the Village Clerks Office, 40 Malden Street, Nassau, New York 8:00am to 12:00 noon Monday through Friday.

NOTICE OF MEETING

The Village of Nassau Planning Board will hold a meeting on Monday, April 27^th at 7:00 pm at the Village Hall.

• Review Amended Site Plan Application for Hometown Wine & Spirits, 19 Albany Ave.
