NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the Board of Trustees of the Village of Nassau, Rensselaer County, New York will hold a Public Hearing at the Village Hall of the Village of Nassau at 40 Malden Street, Nassau, New York, on November 13, 2019 at 7:15 p.m.
The Village Board will hear public comments re; proposed transfer of $50,000 from the Buildings Capital Fund 230.05.00010 to Buildings CE Fund 1620.4.
All persons interested shall have an opportunity to be heard.

Due to an upgrade of the Village Water System. Residents located on MALDEN & GRISWOLD ONLY may experience periods of possible water outage or reduced water flow.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT, due to an EMERGENCY water line repair, Village residents located in the following area ONLY may experience a short period of possible water outage, reduced water flow and water discoloration. Expected repair time 3 hours.
There is a water main break in the vicinity of Route 20/ Albany Ave and John Street. Residents in these areas at times, may experience loss or water or low pressure. DPW is on the scene and working as fast as possible to repair.
