NOTICE- Trash tote removal

NOTICE

VILLAGE OF NASSAU RESIDENTS

Per Chapter 70 of the Village of Nassau Code, all trash totes may be placed at the sidewalk, street, alley for pick up 12 hours prior and removed within 12 hours of emptying.

However, having trash totes at the street, sidewalk and alley during the winter months presents totes being buried under snow and broken totes.

As a friendly reminder, the Village Department of Public Works is asking residents to retrieve their trash totes as soon as possible to avoid these problems.

Thank you for your cooperation,

Village of Nassau Clerk
