NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, the following Local Law was passed by the Village Board of Trustees of the Village of Nassau, New York on November 8, 2023 and filed with the Secretary of State November 22, 2023.

Providing for the administration and enforcement of the Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Codes and the State Energy Conservation Code in the Village of Nassau
