ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

A meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals will be held on April 9, 2019 at 7:00 pm at the Village Municipal Building to continue review of a variance request for the following application:

Application #1-2019 for William J. Romer, 25 McClellan Rd., Nassau NY 12123, for a change of Use Variance for a retail/commercial business at that location.

All interested parties are invited to appear.

Communications in writing in relation thereto may be filed with the Board, or at such time as the meeting.

NOTE:  Application #2-2018 for Joe Hallenbeck, 16 Maple Lane, for a Use Variance to park a heavy-duty truck and a dump truck at the property located in a residential zone has been withdrawn by Applicant.
