NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

VILLAGE OF NASSAU ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS APPLICATION FOR VARIANCE CONCERNING PROPERTY LOCATED AT 20 MALDEN STREET

Please take notice that the Village of Nassau Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a public hearing on the following area variance application on Monday, May 24, 7:00 pm.

Betty Roberts, 20 Malden Street, Nassau, NY for change of use variance(s).  The property owner seeks variance of Fence Height provisions. Current fence height does not meet Nassau Village zoning requirements 120-42. The application is available for review at the Nassau Village Hall, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 12 noon.
