NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
VILLAGE OF NASSAU ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS APPLICATION FOR VARIANCE CONCERNING PROPERTY LOCATED AT 20 ALBANY AVENUE
Please take notice that the Village of Nassau Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a public hearing on the following area variance application on Monday, May 24, 7:00 pm.
Mary Bombard, 5 Albany Avenue, Nassau, NY has applied for a change of use variance(s).
The property owner seeks variance to convert the current commercial portion of the property into residential use. The proposed redevelopment will not meet Nassau Village zoning 120-34 requirements.
The application is available for review at the Nassau Village Hall, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 12 noon.
Said hearing will be held at the Nassau Village Hall, 40 Malden Street, Nassau, NY, at which time all interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard.
